It fits and protects all the classic FPV components and is optimized for light weight. The SOURCE ONE is a perfect everyday workhorse for casual FPV flying and competitive freestyle.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The SOURCE ONE project is a first of its kind collaborative FPV frame project initiated by Team BlackSheep. The frame is donated to the community to empower creators and makers, and integrate best practices and current trends faster into a continuously manufactured product. In return, it allows the local distribution network to have cheap and direct access to a good frame in order to allow them compete in an increasingly predatory marketplace.

The hope is for this frame to enable broad access to FPV thanks to a low price point, great documentation and wide availability of compatible parts and accessories, without violating other people’s intellectual property.

*Lumenier BLHeli_S 35A 4-in-1 OPTO ESC DSHOT

The Lumenier 35A 4 in 1 BLHeli_S ESC features the powerful BusyBee2 (EFM8BB21F16) chip that runs at at 48MHz 2x the speed of prevoius BLHeli_S ESCs. This BB2 processor allows the ESC to perform with incredible precision (up to 500kv eRPM support), resulting in smooth and responsive power and taking full advantage of the BLHeli_S firmware. This 4 in 1 ESC is low profile and compact in size, saving weight and making builds easy. These ESCs are OPTO (no BEC) and come with motor, signal and power wires for your convenience. The set also includes 9x pieces of M3x8 standoff with 6mm post, 5x 8mm plastic screws, and 5x 6mm threaded standoffs. The ESC features new BLHeli_S firmware pre-installed on them. They are compatible with PWM, Oneshot125, Oneshot42, and Multishot protocols. Simply enable the feature in the flight controller software and the ESC will automatically match it. This ESC also supports DSHOT protocol by flashing DSHOT firmware.

These BLHeli_S ESCs feature hardware PWM controllers running at 36KHz, which is more than double of previous software PWM ESCs at 16KHz. This results in ultra smooth throttle response and near silent motor operation.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The SucceX F4 V2.1 TwinG // GYRO FUSION is the NEXT-GEN flight controller you need for your next build. This FC is ready for anything with 5 uarts, 8 motor outputs, 32Mb blackbox and a powerful F4 processor to run it all.

With its clean intuitive layout, the SucceX F4  V2.1 TwinG makes installation a breeze with a 4 pin connector for your VTX and an 8 pin connector that allows simple plug and play connection with your 4in1 ESC.

But the real magic of this flight controller lies in its TWIN GYRO configuration.

The TwinG uses two identical gyros oriented side by side with one offset 90 degrees from the other. Betaflight uses GYRO FUSION to blend and average the information from both gyros to send a much cleaner signal to the PID loop controller! Less noise and fewer oscillations across the throttle band without adding any delay! Betaflight software filters can be lowered in most cases as well, which brings a significant decrease in delay.

With plenty of processing power and uarts, this is the perfect flight controller for long-range GPS builds. And the TwinG configuration makes it the perfect Fc for builds like macro quads, cinematic filming rigs and x-class racers that are a bit trickier to tune.

TwinG Gyro Setup

-The Betaflight target's default setting is ‘gyro_to_use = both’ / Gyro fusion is active!

-To check the current setting, please use CLI and type ‘get gyro’ to find the responding entry.

-Change the settings with ‘set gyro_to_use = ’ and type ‘save’.

-To get the most reliable performance or encounter noise, oscillation and bent props: Please use the default setting ‘both”. 

-For Single Gyro use, please use the debugging options to find and tune for the cleaner gyro, but lose the dynamic fusion and averaging.

-BF offers the following dual gyro debug options: dual_gyro_raw, dual_gyro, dual_gyro_diff, dual_gyro_combined.

-BlackboxLog explorer graph: dual_gyro_raw Debugging = [0] Roll Gyro1, [1] Pitch Gyro1, [2] Roll Gyro2, [3] Pitch Gyro2.

-The displayed graph will show the Gyro_Raw reading (no filters applied), both gyros can be compared.

Following the success of the original Hypetrain FREESTYLE motor, we are proud to release a new flagship motor, the Hypetrain ACRO. This motor features the same 2450 KV rating of the FREESTYLE which has been proven to provide for good all around power and efficiency. The stator size, however, is new. The 2207 stator size is meant to provide a sharp power curve and more top end thrust.

The bell features a revised design. It maintains the iconic tri-spoke design inspired by the Rotor Riot logo. The outer lip has been thickened to help reinforce the bell ring against denting during crash impact. This DURA-BELL design will help ensure smooth rotation even after bando bashing.

Another feature meant to improve durability is the use of multi-strand winding on the stator. Multi-strand windings are less susceptible to breakage in the event of a rough crash where the arm is broken and the motor wires get pulled. This will improve your chances of being able to reuse the stator even if the bell is damaged.

Like all Hypetrain motors, the bell is easily removable via a M2 shaft screw with a 2mm hex head to prevent stripping. Compared to a c-clip, this shaft screw facilitates serviceability and cleaning.

The “open bottom” style base allows for considerable weight reduction and improved cooling. The 16×16 mm mounting screw pattern opens up new design possibilities while still maintaining backwards compatibility with legacy frames.
